Role Description:

Regional Directors are the voice for National Directors and those they serve, providing care, training, annual conferences and additional support for GSM missionaries and our partners. Regional Directors help to open new doors, create partnerships and assist GSM in making decisions on how we provide personnel, resources, and implement biblical strategies alongside indigenous believers, based on their expertise. We recommend that GSM’s Regional Directors fulfill their role from a centrally located place in their region, but they may also do so from within the United States. If you have a pioneer spirit, a servant-leader’s heart and a calling to see God at work across a much larger, yet still very focused territory, we want to hear from you!
