GoSendMe Global (GSM) is seeking to be the most Kingdom thing we can be for God's glory. GSM was founded in 2016 to pursue a call to serve those called out to serve Him.

Obedience IS Fruit!

GSM was founded in 2016 to pursue a call to:

  • Mission: To serve those who are called out to serve Him.
  • Vision: Nationals reaching the nations and communities transformed by Jesus.
  • Strategy: Prayerful pursuit of the Father's will and Kingdom.
  • Reach the nations through nationals.
  • Collaborate with local churches.
  • Holistically minister to and care for missionaries.
  • Equip and serve those called out spiritually, administratively, financially, logistically, and practically.
  • Ensure that no genuinely called believer is without a way to fulfill their mission.
  1. Suffering and Sacrifice over Comfort and Safety
  2. Obedience and Calling over Results and Passion
  3. Christ and Kingdom over Christendom and Religion
  4. Sustainability and Development over Continuous Aid and Relief
  5. Nationals Making Disciples over Missionary-Centered Ministry
  6. Faith, Hope, and Love over Fear, Despair, and Condemnation
  7. Accountability and Oneness in the Body over Authority and Corporate Structures
  8. Disciple-making and Evangelism over Programs and Activities
  9. Christ's Global & Local Church over Ministries and Organizations
  10. Prayer and the Word over Self-Reliance and Human Strategy
  11. Transparency and Integrity over Image and Impression
  12. God's Glory and Honor over Our Name or Fame

So we can answer His Call together:

  1. Qualifications — degrees and resumes can be useful, but God qualifies the called.
  2. Denominations — doctrine matters, but we are spreading the Gospel, not religion.
  3. Standardizations — curriculums can be helpful, but we rely on the Spirit for each moment.
  4. Vocations — expertise has its place, but the Body's variety is essential to mission success.
  5. Organizations — belonging to a team is great, until it stops reflecting the Kingdom of God.
  6. Locations — focus and emphasis can be strategic, but multiplying disciples must be global.
  7. Validations — numbers can demonstrate stewardship, but you cannot quantify obedience.

GoSendMe Global seeks to understand how God has called you and to help you fulfill that call fruitfully and effectively. We draw from what we have heard and learned by listening to hundreds of missionaries and nationals around the world, trusting these insights will be humbly received and wisely applied.

We will hold you accountable to high biblical standards and to compliance with nonprofit policies, yet we do not claim final authority over your ministry — the voice of Jesus remains that. GSM is shaped by its people. Missionaries, staff, and volunteers all contribute to leadership, training, and resources.

In response to God's Call on us, Your GSM Team knows that we MUST:

  1. Go where He sends us!
  2. Teach and preach God's Word.
  3. Disciple believers to obey God's voice.
  4. Pray intentionally and strategically.
  5. Equip believers for missionary service.
  6. Lead short-term projects/teams.
  7. Respond to international crises.
  8. Commit to the fulfillment of your calling.
  9. Collaborate with local churches.
  10. Make giving to missionaries easier.
  11. Develop indigenous-led ministries.
  12. Prepare believers to live in other cultures.
  13. Put the missionary's needs ahead of our comforts.
  14. Raise support independently (0% ministry).
  15. Give great admin, finance, and logistics support.
  16. Create mission learning exposure opportunities.
  17. Provide holistic and intentional missionary care.
  18. Adapt as God directs His servants.
  19. Shepherd during intense trials.
  20. Walk with missionaries coming off the field.

Drawing from insights gained by listening to seasoned long-term missionaries, GSM has developed a comprehensive support model called APACCSAccountability, Prayer, Advancement, Care, Crisis, and Support.

Rooted in enduring biblical principles, APACCS equips missionaries both practically and spiritually while strengthening the personal support systems essential to their well-being. Rather than isolating missionaries, it helps them build teams from their own networks — people who support them spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically as they serve.

This model reflects what we have observed in thriving missionaries and what Scripture shows was present in Paul's ministry. GSM provides training so you can confidently build and maintain your own APACCS team.

  • We believe suffering and sacrifice are part of following Christ, and we fully support those who remain in-country during hardship, even at personal or family risk.
  • Missionaries must take responsibility for their own convictions and plans regarding evacuation, crisis response, hostage situations, and persecution. Each must provide GSM with a clear plan for us to follow in such circumstances.
  • As an organization, we do not negotiate with terrorists, pay ransoms, or carry exploitable insurance policies, since these practices increase risk rather than provide security.
  • We trust the Holy Spirit's guidance in crisis. Some may discern a need to return to the U.S.; in such cases GSM provides counsel, seeking God's will alongside them, not imposing unilateral decisions.
  • GSM does not provide medical insurance or benefits, as healthcare needs vary by location and are best determined individually or in-country.
  • Above all, we trust those God has called — their faith, convictions, and commitment to follow Christ wherever He leads. The voice of Jesus who called you must direct your service.
Despite the Risks, We Rejoice in that Jesus is Worth Following — No Matter What!
  1. TIME: Not charging fees that pay for staff means we also patiently work with volunteers.
  2. SERVICES: Limited funds reduce access to specialized support in key areas.
  3. SECURITY: We do not have access to dedicated security personnel due to high costs.
  4. STABILITY: We are not able to provide retirement plans, health insurance, or other financial safety nets that fee-based organizations may offer.
  5. TRAINING and CONNECTIONS: Limited funding may reduce access to structured training, professional development, and networking opportunities that larger organizations provide.

All GSM missionaries raise their own support, including the Founder and Executive Director.

Missionaries must draft and maintain funds for: LAUNCH / LIVING / MINISTRY / RESERVE

The GSM team provides guidance and final approval on budgets. Missionaries must sustain their own funding, and may be required to come off the field to raise support when advised.

GSM follows all IRS regulations and complies with federal, state, and local laws regarding nonprofit financial practices, and is therefore required to:

  • Provide oversight and accountability for all donations.
  • Ensure all funds support GSM's mission and vision.
  • Honor the intent of each donor's contribution.

Missionaries who need living expenses beyond ministry costs must raise a living budget, paid as a regular W-2 salary. GoSendMe Global ensures that 100% of all support given for your ministry is deposited into your ministry account. GSM does not withhold funds for organizational overhead — making us a 0% organization.

That said, some unavoidable third-party fees apply. These are not taken by GSM but are assessed by service providers and passed directly to your ministry. Supporters often have the option to cover them. These fees may include:

  • Processing fees for credit card or direct debit donations.
  • Payroll or reimbursement processing fees (QuickBooks).
  • Fees for international fund transfers.
  • FICA (Social Security and Medicare) withholding.

While these deductions occur at the time of giving or payroll, GSM absorbs many other operational costs. As a 0% ministry, we raise our own support to cover subscription services, web hosting, accounting fees, utilities, and staff salaries.

GSM will not solicit your financial supporters for GSM funding.

GSM believes short-term service (up to two years) is vital for raising up the next generation of missionaries and strengthening disciple-making both in North America and abroad. While GSM does not exist solely to send short-term teams or apprentices, we gladly support those we serve who express this need. Our goal is that every short-term effort is a meaningful part of Kingdom work — not just an experience.

Our commitments in short-term missions:

  • Pursue sustainable solutions that empower indigenous believers and strengthen communities.
  • Build up the Body of Christ without creating dependency.
  • Engage in humanitarian work that is intentional, rooted in disciple-making, and aimed at long-term impact.
  • Provide practical aid that meets real needs while pointing people to Christ.
  • Respond to international crises as the Spirit leads, ensuring relief aligns with long-term Kingdom impact.

In all we do, we seek to disciple and equip believers to serve as culturally appropriate blessings, not burdens, and to walk as selfless servants. GSM provides training for all of the above.

As part of the GSM family, you'll walk in Christ-centered accountability, regular connection, APACCS development, and servant leadership. As a valued member of the GSM family, you are part of a mission-driven community united by a shared calling to serve Christ and others. These expectations outline how we will work together to foster growth, unity, and excellence:

1. Uphold GSM's Mission and Values

  • Support and live out GSM's Statement of Faith, Core Values, Mission and Vision.
  • Represent Christ and GSM with integrity in all relationships and ministry efforts.
  • Wholeheartedly follow Jesus, trusting Him as your strength, purpose, and joy.

2. Maintain Strong Communication

  • Check in weekly on Microsoft Teams for updates, announcements, and requests.
  • Inform your GSM team of travel to high-risk areas, challenges, or extended periods of limited communication.
  • Use GSM's secure communication channels (Teams and email) consistently for all organizational interactions.

3. Actively Participate in Missionary Care

  • Schedule Missionary Care video or audio calls with GSM, striving to let no more than three weeks pass between calls. Work with GSM to establish a schedule that supports your needs while maintaining regular connection.
  • Attend Quarterly Mission Fellowships, prioritizing them as opportunities to connect and grow with your GSM family.
  • Welcome in-country blessing visits as times of encouragement, equipping, and care — not evaluation.

4. Share God's Work Regularly

  • Share at least one God-story with your GSM team each month, directly and personally, rather than through newsletters or social media.
  • Inspire others by highlighting God's faithfulness and work in your ministry.
  • Contribute helpful resources and insights that bless the GSM community.

5. Commit to APACCS Development

  • Take responsibility for building, maintaining, and strengthening your APACCS team to support long-term ministry sustainability.
  • Regularly evaluate the health and effectiveness of your APACCS team, adjusting as needed.
  • Once seasoned in your ministry and supported by a healthy APACCS team, invest in mentoring, training, and caring for newer missionary families, helping them thrive in their calling.

6. Demonstrate Accountability and Servant Leadership

  • Submit to the spiritual covering and authority of GSM, trusting that we value Accountability and Oneness in the Body over Authority and Corporate Structures.
  • Honor your GSM team and staff as fellow workers who raise support to serve you. Treat them with the same respect and kindness you hope to receive.
  • Lead with humility and grace, demonstrating Christ-like character in all aspects of life and ministry.

7. Exercise Faithful Stewardship

  • Fulfill your responsibilities as a servant and steward of the Lord, keeping track of paperwork, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Pursue making disciples and disciple-makers through every aspect of your life, equipping others to continue the work of the Gospel.
  • Commit to continuous growth through prayer, discipleship, and training, ensuring your ministry and personal walk remain vibrant.

8. Prioritize Personal, Family, and Marital Health and Security

  • Provide annual updates on security, health, budgets, and personal information so your GSM team can serve you and your family effectively.
  • Prioritize a holistically healthy you, marriage, and family — spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally, and relationally — as foundational to thriving in ministry.
  • Work with your GSM team to proactively address risks or challenges that may affect you, your marriage, or your family in your ministry context.

9. Cultivate Kingdom Relationships

  • Actively seek opportunities to connect others with GSM services, always prioritizing their best interests and the Kingdom's greater good.
  • Encourage and support other missionaries, fostering unity and mutual care.
  • Strengthen the GSM team by recommending individuals who could meet growing organizational needs.

10. Foster a Culture of Feedback and Improvement

  • Provide ongoing, constructive feedback to GSM about your experiences, blessing visits, and care to help foster growth and improve the organization.
  • Share suggestions, insights, and observations to ensure GSM serves missionaries and Kingdom purposes as effectively as possible.
  • Pursue excellence in your calling and encourage GSM's commitment to being the most Kingdom-minded organization possible, working together to refine and grow for His glory.
GSM provides training and counsel to help you live out these expectations.
